Boling, Jr. presented the barber with a plaque that reads: "If you lead a good life, Go to Sunday School and Church; Say your prayers every night; When you die, you'll go to Kentucky," and an emblem of the Kentucky Wildcat following the in- scription. He was also given a U.K. bird- house by a florist at Beaver Dam, and many items have been found by his customers at yard sales and bazaars. "Sky" Walker has been to Cliff's Barber Shop a number of times while in the area selling advertising, and a number of coaches and U.K..players have visited his shop, not necessarily for a haircut, but to see the nice collection and leave their auto- graphs on the walls of the shop, including Joe B. Hall, former coach. ABOVE: A trophy case with basketballs, caps, a clock and other collections help make a visit for a haircut much more interesting.
